My Skills
My Skills helps users turn personal expertise, writing requirements and repeatable procedures into executable Agent Skills through structured configuration. Users do not need to understand the Skill file format or write SKILL.md by hand. They provide the business information, choose a Skill type and complete the guided configuration.
MOVO currently supports two personal Skill types:
- Writing guideline: Define the publishing channel, content format, audience, tone, length, structure, required content and prohibited content.
- Workflow: Arrange capabilities such as material reading, information extraction, internal retrieval, web search, image understanding, data processing, generation, translation, tool calls and file delivery into executable steps.
Personal scope
Skills created under My Skills apply only to the current user. They do not change another member's Skills or replace organization-wide capabilities published by an administrator. This scope is suitable for personal writing styles, recurring analysis methods and specialized workflows.
Create with structured configuration
Traditional Skills often require knowledge of directories, configuration syntax and SKILL.md conventions. MOVO keeps those implementation details behind the product interface:
- Enter a Skill name, summary and intended use.
- Select Writing guideline or Workflow.
- Complete the structured rules or arrange execution steps visually.
- Preview, test and refine the configuration before enabling it.
Business users can describe requirements directly, while AI developers can refine execution logic in the same structure without first building file and configuration scaffolding.
Page capabilities
- Review the current user's Skills and type totals.
- Search by name or filter by type.
- Create a Skill with a guided form.
- Define content positioning, structure and expression boundaries for a writing guideline.
- Generate or add workflow steps, reorder nodes and configure inputs and outputs.
- Preview and test workflows, with AI assistance for generating or improving steps.
- Enable, disable, edit or remove a personal Skill.

After creation, validate the Skill in a real conversation and progressively add constraints, examples and acceptance criteria.
