Enterprise admin overview
The enterprise admin console is MOVO's production control plane. Administrators manage models, Skills, Tools and MCP, knowledge documents, organization members, position roles, Token quotas, audit data and system configuration without rebuilding the same management layer for every Agent project.
Dashboard
The dashboard summarizes enterprise operations:
- Calls, failures, Token usage and estimated cost over the past 24 hours.
- Active users, active departments, success rate and average duration.
- Recent tasks and the models they used.
- Pending items and failed-call alerts.
- Status of models, Skills, Tools/MCP and users.
- Shortcuts for adding a model, publishing a Skill and connecting a Tool.
These metrics support day-to-day operations. Token statistics and the system audit provide more detailed evidence. When an anomaly appears, open the relevant item and use its audit or request details to locate the configuration or call failure.
