The Knowledge Documents page manages enterprise directories, uploads, parsing, learning and document status.

Page capabilities

• Create, edit and search knowledge directories.
• Review all documents under a directory.
• Upload one or several documents, including folders by drag and drop.
• Filter by name, file type and status.
• Preview a document and review parsing or learning results.
• Move, multi-select and delete documents.

Status reference

Status	Meaning	Recommended action
Uploading / Processing	The file is entering the parsing pipeline	Wait before asking knowledge questions
Learning	Parsing is complete and the knowledge index is being built	Wait for status to refresh
Learning complete	The document is available to internal-knowledge tasks	Verify retrieval with a known fact
Learning failed	Parsing, model or indexing failed	Open the details and check the relevant model and service
