Enterprise Skills

Skills in the enterprise admin console are organization-level capabilities created and governed by administrators. They capture shared writing standards, business processes and role-specific methods so members can use Agents under consistent rules.

They are distinct from My Skills in the user workspace. A personal Skill serves only its creator, while an enterprise Skill belongs to the organization. Administrators decide whether it is enabled and which position roles may use it.

Enterprise Skill management in English

Enterprise scope

  • Skills are created and maintained for the current organization.
  • Enabled Skills are available only within the member's permitted position-role scope.
  • A position role can allow all current and future Skills or only selected Skills.
  • Administrators can add temporary Skill allowances or denials for an individual member.
  • Disabling an enterprise Skill removes it from organization members.

Central publication and role assignment prevent teams from rebuilding the same standards and workflows while keeping governed capabilities away from unrelated roles.

Supported Skill types

Writing guideline

Structure enterprise content standards as reusable rules: publishing channel, content format, audience, tone, length, section structure, required content and prohibited content. Common uses include reports, proposals, weekly updates, brand content and policy documents.

Workflow

Arrange a multi-step task as an executable process. A workflow can combine material reading, extraction, internal retrieval, web search, image understanding, data processing, generation, translation, Tool calls, scripts and file delivery.

Administrators can generate, add, reorder and inspect workflow steps, then validate execution before publication.

Create and publish

  1. Enter the Skill name, description and use case.
  2. Select Writing guideline or Workflow. The type cannot be changed after creation.
  3. Complete the guideline or execution steps through structured configuration.
  4. Check that referenced models, Tools, MCP services and other Skills are available.
  5. Test the result, then enable the Skill.
  6. Configure each position role for all Skills or selected Skills.

Enterprise and personal capabilities

Enterprise Skills provide organization-wide standards and delivery methods. My Skills capture an individual's preferences and working methods. Separate scopes allow governance and personalization to coexist.
